How long will it take to receive my order?

Our products are freshly handcrafted and made to order. Thus, processing times are in place for all orders.  OUR NORMAL PROCESSING TIMES ARE 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS. DURING COVID - PROCESSING TIMES MAY BE DELAYED.

Once a package is in the hands of USPS we are not able to amend delivery address errors.

You’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking once your package has been shipped.    
                                                                                       
NOTE: THE DELIVERY TIME ON THE TRACKING PAGE VIA USPS IS AN ESTIMATION. THIS IS THE CARRIER’S BEST GUESS AT WHEN THE ORDER WILL ARRIVE VIA THE SELECTED SERVICE. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE EXACT DATE PACKAGES WILL BE DELIVERED.

Orders are shipped daily, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

All US orders over $99 qualify for free shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. We currently use USPS International for international shipments. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated by the carrier at the time of checkout.

Do you offer local pick up?

Accepted Answer

Yes we do!  Get your roots HOME + BODY, save on shipping by selecting LOCAL PICKUP at time of checkout.  Local pick-up is available to customers who are in Riverside, CA and surrounding areas.  Once your order is ready for pick up, you'll receive a notification and be able to schedule your pick-up. Orders not picked up within 7 business days will be canceled.

I never received my package. Can you assist?

We ask that you wait 30 days before filing a lost package claim with USPS. We can assist you with the filing of the claim after the 30 day period, simply send an email with the order number to support@rootshomeandbody.com.

Why are your products so expensive?

From our ritual kits to our lotion bars  to our candles, the costs of our products reflect the craftsmanship invested in each offering. While other companies subsidize their cost by outsourcing to a manufacturer, all of our products are locally made and freshly handcrafted in small batches.
